Refund And Cancerllation Policy

Refunds

At OG juices, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality, best tasting product. If you are not 100% satisfied with your shipment, we want to know. We pride ourselves in our consistency and freshness of product, although we try to be perfect, sometimes mistakes may happen. Our return policy is simple, provide us with a picture of the shipment you received, if there are missing juices, the shipment is damaged or you received the wrong order we will need documentation in order to process the refund or schedule another reshipment. If it is in fact our error, we will gladly replace the product at no cost to you. Please note, all refund or exchange requests will need to be submitted to Customer Service within 3 days after the shipment was received.

If you are not satisfied with the taste of the juices purchased, you will need to contact Customer Service within 3 days of receiving the shipment with detailed information on why you were not satisfied with our product. Depending on the feedback received, we may not be able to provide a full refund.

We won't be able to help you regarding refunds, due to any of the following reasons :

​

  • Incorrect delivery address: We deliver to the exact address you indicate upon checkout. Please make sure all the information is correct before submitting your order. In the case of wrong delivery address, we won't be able to help you out

​

  • Contact unreachable: We ask you to provide a valid phone number when placing an order. This is for the delivery company to be able to reach you in case they cannot find you at the delivery address. If the contact is unreachable/unanswered up to 3 times, the delivery person shall wait for 10 minutes at the location before marking it as delivery failure due to customer end.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days by UPI or bank transfer.​

Cancellations

Cancellation requests for shipment orders placed need to be submitted to Customer Service right away. A 12 hour notice is in place for all shipments to give ample time to communicate the change with our warehouses. If the cancellation is outside of the 12 hour window, Customer Service may not be able to guarantee the cancellation or issue a full refund.
